To nominate a product, idea, company or service for a Software Innovation Award, please follow the instructions on this site.

SoftwareCEO 2009 Innovation Awards

How much does it cost to enter?

  • SoftwareCEO paid members (must be an active member
    at time of nomination):
    • CEO Circle Members: $97.50 per nomination
    • Site Members: $185.25 per nomination

  • SoftwareCEO non-paid members (Forums/Newsletter
    members): $195 per nomination

  • Payments must be made by credit card.

What is the nomination process?

  1. Log in to SoftwareCEO.com. If you are not currently a member of our site, you can join us at no cost.
  2. Purchase a nomination. You may purchase multiple nominations in various categories, or for multiple products/companies. Each nomination is for one product/company in one category.
  3. After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. This is your purchase receipt.
  4. This receipt will also contain instructions directing you to the online nomination form itself in which you will enter the relevant data for your product/company. The online nomination form allows you to save your data. You may then edit it again at a later date, or submit it immediately. You will be notified by email each time you save the nomination, and when you finally submit it.
  5. All nominations must be submitted (not just "saved") on or before March 6, 2009.

What do I do after I submit my nomination form?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the submission of your nomination, and instructions on how to submit supplemental supporting materials to the judges, if required. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact awards@softwareceo.com.

All materials submitted to the judges must be submitted through SoftwareCEO unless directed otherwise. Supplemental materials may include self-running software demos, online demos through Web sites (userid/passwords), books, Web site URL’s and userid/password. It is up to the discretion of the judges whether they are willing to participate in guided demos. Judges and/or SoftwareCEO may contact nominees asking for supplemental materials.

While supplemental materials are not always required, it is the ultimate responsibility of the nominee to provide adequate evidence of the innovation to the judges so that the nomination is fully considered for an Award.

For questions on completing the form or general information about the awards, contact Mark Fogle at mfogle@softwareceo.com
